Buongiorno a tutti, ho letto nel forum che in molti hanno riscontrato un problema di compatibilità tra la nuova HERO3+ E LCD BACKPACK. Quindi come mi è stato suggerito di fare, ho mandato una mail di supporto alla GoPro e, come sempre, è subito arrivata una risposta positiva dicendomi che mi sarebbe stato spedito un nuovo case senza alcuna spesa a carico mio.
Dato che molti non sanno cosa poter scrivere nella mail per la richiesta del nuovo case, ho pensato di allegarvi la mia mail in modo tale da poter fare un copia incolla nel caso ne abbiate bisogno.
N.B. Per richiedere un nuovo case è necessario avere:
- scontrino della HERO3+
- scontrino LCD Back Pack
- numero di serie della HERO3+
Hello GoPro team! I bought a hero3+black edition one week ago and i also have the lcd back pack for the hero2. The problem is that the lcd backpack case is not supported with the hero3+.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having some trouble using your BacPac with your HERO3+ camera. The housing that came with your HERO3+ camera is not intended to be used with a BacPac. You caught us in the middle of a product transition with what's included in our BacPac kits. We'll have a new version of each BacPac kit out soon that comes with a BacPac Compatible Housing. Since you purchased your BacPac before we have the new kit available, we'd like to send you a BacPac Compatible Housing, free of charge.
